The Updata ‘Converged IP service’ solution is fully supported by a robust Service Level Agreement (SLA) in order to provide the customer with confidence and comfort in the product(s) they are using. In addition, Updata apply a fully managed service which is delivered via our UK Network Operations Centre (NOC). The NOC operates 24x7x365 and proactively monitors and supports all the network services.
